Prof. Orit Fischman-Afori, PhD, LL.B. (Hebrew University of Jerusalem), is a Professor of Law at the Striks Faculty of Law, College of Management Academic Studies, Israel. Her main fields of research include intellectual property, law and technology, and information law. She has published extensively in Israel, Europe, and the United States.
Prof. Fischman-Afori served as Dean of the Striks Faculty of Law from 2016 to 2019, and as a member of the Israeli Competition Law Tribunal (District Court, Jerusalem) in 2017–2020 and 2022–2025. She currently serves as President of ATRIP – the International Association for the Advancement of Teaching and Research in Intellectual Property (2024–2026).
Prof. Fischman-Afori teaches a range of courses and seminars in intellectual property and law and technology, as well as the core course in corporate law.
