Dr. Dalit Ken-Dror Feldman

Dr. Ken-Dror Feldman holds an LL.B. in Law (with high honors) and a bachelor’s degree in computer science (with honors) from the University of Haifa, an LL.M. in Commercial Law (with honors) from Tel Aviv University, and a PhD in Law from the University of Haifa.

Dr. Ken-Dror Feldman has been involved in research and teaching in the fields of intellectual property, legal technology and cyber, privacy, gaming and law, information law, professional ethics law, software law and artificial intelligence for over a decade. Her articles in these fields have been published in journals in Israel and around the world.

Dr. Ken-Dror Feldman has previously served as deputy editor of the Law and Government journal, deputy editor of the “Jewish Identity – Law Society and Culture” volume, and as a member of the editorial board of the “Daniel Book”.

In her high school studies, she won the Zalman Shazar Prize for works in the history of the Jewish people, for her final project about the Jewish fighting brigade (Jewish Brigade) in World War II. In her academic studies, Dr. Ken-Dror Feldman won several prizes and scholarships. In 2000 she won a scholarship from the Bar Association in the name of Adv. Joseph Samuel Z”L for excellence in studies and volunteer activity, in 2001 she received a certificate of honor from the Knesset for excellence in undergraduate studies and in 2007/2008 she won a Wolf Foundation scholarship for second degree students. In 2020, Dr. Ken-Dror Feldman won the “Golda Meir Z”L” scholarship from the Ministry of Science and Technology for post-doctoral studies under the guidance of Prof. Karin Nahon at Reichman University and in collaboration with Prof. Ran Gilad-Bachrach from Tel Aviv University, in the field of Deep Fake. In 2021, Dr. Ken-Dror Feldman was invited to lecture on deep fake and to be a keynote speaker at a conference initiated by the Israeli embassy in Finland, Highway from Israel to Finland – next generations cyber defense and innovations.

Dr. Ken-Dror Feldman has been managing the Clinic for Law, Technology and Cyber since its establishment in 2009 to this day, and teaches various courses in the fields of technological entrepreneurship, information law, intellectual property, and aspects of privacy and information at various universities in the country. In the past, she also taught courses in professional ethics and wrote opinions for the National Ethics Committee at the Bar Association.
