Dr. Yifat Nahmias is a postdoctoral research fellow at the Center for Cyber, Law and Policy. Yifat's scholarly interests lie at the intersection of technology and the law, with a specific focus on internet governance and protection of intellectual property rights. She holds an LL.B. from the University of Haifa, an LL.M. from the George Washington University, and a Ph.D. from Bar-Ilan University. Yifat has published several articles in law reviews and has been an active participant in international workshops and conferences.
