 Adv. Sivan Shachar holds a bachelor’s degree (LL.B) from the Faculty of Law, a BSc. in Economics, and an LL.M in Law and Technology from the University of Haifa. Her research focuses on online courts' impact on litigants’ perception of accessibility, efficiency, and fairness in legal proceedings. In addition to managing the Center for Cyber Law and Policy, Adv. Shachar managed the joint Hackathon between the CCLP and the Israeli Ministry of Health and Ministry of Innovation during the Corona Pandemic, she manages a number of projects in the Law Faculty, among them entrance exams for bachelor’s students, and also serves as a teaching assistant in the fields of civil law procedure and responsible AI. In addition to her research and academic work, Adv. Shachar also integrates practical work as a founding partner of the law firm Shachar, Hen - Law and Mediation.
