Mrs. Noga Blickstein Shchory

Noga is a PhD in Law candidate in the University of Haifa, conducting her research under the supervision of Prof. Michal Gal. Her research focuses on antitrust & competition, regulatory alternatives, law and technology and white collar crime. Her recent article, supported by the center, is titled Information A-Symmetries in ECommerce: The Challenge of Credence Qualities, and was published in the Journal of High Technology Law. Noga holds an LL.B and an MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and an LL.M in Competition, Innovation, and Information Law from New York University School of Law. Noga currently works in the Tel Aviv District Attorney Office (Tax Fraud & Financial Crimes).
