Asaf Avidan holds B.Sc. (Electrical Engineering, with honors) and LL.B. degrees from Tel-Aviv university and currently completes his master degree in Law and Technology in Haifa University (in thesis stage – "Regulation of Cybersecurity in Telecom Endpoint Devices"). Asaf is a partner in Tulchinsky Stern Marciano Cohen Levitski & Co. law firm and manages the firm's office in the Cyber Park in Beer-Sheva, focused on practicing technology, cyber, IP, privacy, business and employment law. Previously Asaf has held executive business development and marketing positions in the hi-tech industry (over 13 years, last position was VP Marketing of a company in the RAD group) and prior to that he had served as an R&D engineer (10 years in a prestigious unit of the IDF). Asaf has extensive commercial, legal and technological experience, which contribute to his work and research.
