Prof. Gil Luria is a Full Professor in the Department of Human Services within the Faculty of Social Welfare and Health Sciences at the University of Haifa. He heads the University’s Pre-Academic Unit. His research focuses on organizational climate, leadership, stress, and organizational interventions. He earned his PhD from the Faculty of Management at the Technion—Israel Institute of Technology. His work has been published in scientific and professional journals and is applied by practitioners in various organizations.
