Sharon Bar-Ziv is a senior lecturer at Sapir Academic College, School of Law, and the head of graduate programs. She completed her PhD in 2013 at the University of Haifa, where she also earned her LL.B., major in Law and Technology, and her LL.M. (Summa Cum Laude).
Her work focuses on the intersection between Law and Technology, including Intellectual Property, Information Law, Data Governance, AI Regulation, Science and R&D Policy, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Privacy Law, and Research Methodologies.
Sharon continually participates in international conferences, publishes papers in leading professional journals, and teaches courses and seminars in her areas of expertise.
In addition to her academic work, she serves as an expert for WIPO and is the President of the Israel Internet Association.
