Dr. Ehud Segal

Dr. Ehud SegalDr. Ehud Segal is a post-doctoral student at the Center for Cyber Law and Policy. His cyber research projects concern problem and solution definitions of organized social media manipulation. He also specializes in governance systems for blockchain based ventures.

Ehud completed his Doctoral studies at the Federmann School of Public Policy and Government at the Hebrew University. His dissertation focuses on patterns of accumulating policy changes. He analyzes several decades of air pollution and road safety governmental policies in Israel and 70 years of federal budget changes in the U.S.

Ehud is also involved in earthquake policy research at the School of Public Health at the University. Ehud also advises as an independent policy analyst and researcher to various public policy related projects.
