Lital kahalon zandberg is the managing director of The Center for Cyber Law & policy.
Lital is a Law PH. D candidate in Haifa University and a research fellow at the center for Cyber, Law and Policy.
She holds a LL. B & LL.M from Haifa University Faculty of Law & B.A in communication from Haifa University.
